All orders will be dispatched between 1-2 business days and sent through Australia Post. All customers will be sent tracking via email and should receive their orders between 2-4 business days. All orders over $120 will receive complimentary express postage. The Basiq Label is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have ordered an incorrect size, we are able to provide an exchange or issue you with a store credit with an unlimited expiry.

Conditions of return

If you need to return a product, we kindly ask that it is returned in its original condition including the swing tag and original packaging. Items must also be returned within 14 days of purchase, return address will be provided upon request. Please be advised that all return/exchange shipping fees are not prepaid.
